ceramiche@thenewart.com The New Art is an Italian Company based in Lucca, Tuscany Province, which is involved in the craft business since 1991, year of its foundation. Facing the lake of Gramolazzo, our Company is composed by skilful experts who, by expressing themselves through the creation of valuable artifacts completely mould and decorated by hand, have grasped the essence of the three fundamental elements that distinguish the inimitable Made in Italy style: quality, originality and aesthetic beauty. During the years we have developed important manufacture techniques which have enabled us to reach not only an high quality level but also a large appreciation of our products on foreign markets. Our artistic spirit and our constant search for innovative solutions enabled us to create, among the other products, the first collection of ceramic stamps in the world, called TheNewArt-CFC®, a particular item that was never produced before. These are actually small masterpieces of very thin ceramic which faithfully resemble the dimensions and colors of the original stamps. Of pleasant aesthetic beauty, this new creation was appreciated so much to obtain the publication on the 2006 Edition of “Catalogo Unificato”, one of the most important catalogues of Italian philately. Moreover, beside the artistic production, in the last years we have also developed two further craft fields: ceramic household and gifts, and watches. Concerning the ceramic household and gifts, we have selected a particular typology of items that are suitable to any kind of personalization. Thanks to the use of sophisticated machineries and to our highly qualified staff we can, in fact, reproduce directly on the ceramic any image the customer may require. This technique has given us the chance to present ourselves to the elite market of Authorities and Institutions, by producing ceramic items for Government Departments such as Ministries, Municipalities, Provinces, Banks and also becoming the official suppliers of the Central Command of the “Guardia di Finanza” (the Italian Revenue Guard Corps) of Rome. As mentioned above, we are also involved in the watch-making business, and we have created a new particular kind of watch, Small™, which is a completely innovative product: it is the first watch with cover that can be worn on the wrist, as a necklace or as a pocket-watch. Our staff has created the design and is directly responsible for the hand decoration of the covers, while the construction and production of the watches has been entrusted to a Swiss Company, leader in the watch-making field. The New Art è una Azienda artigianale che nasce nel 1991 in Provincia di Lucca. Affacciata sulle rive del Lago di Gramolazzo, la nostra Ditta è composta da abili professionisti i quali, esprimendosi attraverso pregevoli manufatti completamente modellati e decorati a mano, hanno colto l’essenza dei tre fondamentali elementi che contraddistinguono l’inimitabile stile Made in Italy : qualità, originalità e bellezza estetica. Nel corso degli anni, abbiamo sviluppato importanti tecniche di lavorazione raggiungendo un alto livello qualitativo che ha permesso ai nostri prodotti di essere apprezzati anche nei mercati esteri. Il nostro spirito artistico e la costante ricerca di soluzioni innovative, ci ha permesso di creare, tra le altre cose, anche la prima collezione al mondo di francobolli in ceramica denominata TheNewArt-CFC®, una particolare creazione che mai prima d’ora nessuno aveva realizzato. Si tratta di vere e proprie piccole opere d’arte in sottilissima ceramica che rispettano fedelmente le dimensioni ed i colori dei francobolli autentici. Di gradevole bellezza estetica, questa creazione è stata apprezzata al punto di ottenere la pubblicazione sull’Edizione 2006 del Catalogo Unificato, tra i più importanti cataloghi della filatelia italiana. Da alcuni anni, al settore artistico abbiamo affiancato altri due settori : oggettistica di rappresentanza ed orologeria. Per quanto riguarda il settore dedicato all’oggettistica di rappresentanza, abbiamo selezionato una precisa tipologia di articoli ideali per ogni genere di personalizzazione. Avvalendoci di sofisticati macchinari e di personale altamente qualificato, possiamo riprodurre su ceramica qualsiasi immagine ci venga richiesta. Questa tecnica di lavorazione ci ha dato l’opportunità di presentarci al mercato elitario degli Enti e delle Istituzioni, producendo oggettistica per Ministeri, Comuni, Provincie, Istituti Bancari, divenendo, tra l’altro, fornitori Ufficiali del Comando Generale della Guardia di Finanza di Roma. Il settore dell’orologeria ci ha visti impegnati nella creazione di un particolare orologio, Small™, che si presenta in una veste assolutamente innovativa : il primo orologio con coperchio che si può indossare al polso, al collo e alla tasca. Il nostro staff ha creato il design e si occupa della decorazione a mano dei coperchi. La costruzione e la produzione dell’orologio è stata affidata ad una Azienda Svizzera leader nel settore dell’orologeria. The New Art Mariarosa Fantoni |
